Got up this morning and went to go visit my dad. Met my mom there and waited for him to get done with therapy. He looked good. Very bored being there he said. Of course he wants to come home. (who likes being in the hospital?). He was happy to get the iPhone. I gave him a rundown of how it works and then went on to setting up the itunes download to set his account up to download applications. It took forever to download it! They must have dial up there. But got him all set and he was excited about playing around with it. Soooo when I left him he was checking out the itunes and playing with the phone. I started worrying that he might have trouble answering the phone or making calls....but alas he called me as I was on the way home. Said Jason called him. So he knows how to answer it and call out....I feel better now. I am glad he liked it. My mom had a great idea having me get that phone. It was the first thing I had seen him excited about since being admitted to the hospital. It should keep him preoccupied for a little bit. Hopefully he will come home this Friday. (I have my fingers crossed)
